RETURN YOUR PACKAGE WITH 24MX SIMPLY AND QUICKLY WITH OUR DHL EASY RETURN SOLUTION!
For the return / exchange of products you need a return label. On this page we will explain how to return the items and how to create a return label.
Please read the return form and the following carefully.
• Can I return my order?
As stipulated in the law, you have the right to change/ return your order within 14 days after receiving it. However at 24MX we offer you a 60 day return and exchange period.
To see that your return is accepted, it is necessary that the product hasn't been used. In case of a reclamation please contact our customer service first.
Be advised that personalised custom items such as printed jerseys and number plate decals can't be returned.
We charge a €9 fee for returns, this will be settled with your refund.
24MX tents are excluded from our standard return policy. Should you choose to return a tent, a €30 freight charge will be deducted from your final refund.
Once you have sent the products it will take 1-2 weeks before we receive them in our warehouse and process them. Upon receipt we will send an automated message.
Also fill in the return form that is accompanied with your parcel and place this into the box with the item(s). If this is not done it may cause delay in the process of your request.
We have a free size exchange policy on all clothing and protective equipment.
All size exchanges are used with the same return label (see previous step) and the return form we provide in your package. To expedite matters we advise you to place a new order on the product you want to exchange to so that you don't run the risk of it being out of stock when we receive your returned product in our warehouse. Please fill in the return form accordingly if you choose to do so, so that we can give you a full refund.
After we’ve received your package it takes a few days before you’ll have your money back in your bank account depending on the payment method. You will be informed via an automatic generated email when your return has arrived at our warehouse.
Remember to indicate on the return form your bank details although we will always first try to refund you via the payment method used when you ordered.
HOW DO I PROCEED WITH MY RETURN?
Step 1 - Go to our DHL “returns”-link below and click the link. Fill out your information.
Step 2 - Download the return label as a PDF, and then print it. Cut the bottom section off.
Step 3 - Place the unwanted item (in it's original packaging) and the returns form in a box. Stick the returns label on the top of the package to be returned.
Step 4 - Drop the package of at the nearest post office. You have absolutely nothing to resolve since we prepay the return shipping cost. We will settle the return costs with your refund. Keep a copy of the receipt till we have resolved your exchange / return. Don't forget to ask the postal employee to stamp it!
Step 5 - As a Return: Your money is credited promptly to your bank account or Paypal!
As an Exchange: Your desired item will be sent within the normal shipping period.

1 - Select your desired language.
2 - Fill in the required information (customer’s information and customer’s address information).
3 - For reference number 1, use your invoice number. Reference number 2 is optional.
